Shipping policy

We ship orders worldwide delivered at doorstep, all orders shipped through from Monday-Saturday. For Pakistan it takes 5 to 10 Working days.

Ex: Shipping and return policies and other common questions.

After you complete the purchase through https://thehairdoctor.pk/, we will try to ship the goods within 4 to 5 working days. But due to any reason, it may be a delay; then orders may take 6 to 7 working days to be processed. Your order will be sent to our warehouse, packed, and shipped very carefully.

The Hair Doctor is currently using a third-party service all over Pakistan. We are trying our best to provide our clients with the best quality products as soon as possible. You will be notified via phone or email in case a shipment is delayed due to any reason. You can use the tracking number to track your THD order.

  • Each item will be charged PKR 200, For MNP OR PostEx Delivery.
  • You may receive your orders on your doorstep within 4 to 5 working days. (could be delayed)

  3. You can order your required product on our website as well:

  • Select your required shade.
  • Press the button: Add to Cart for further proceeding.
  • Provide your contact details like Name, address, and contact number, etc.
  • Now Proceed towards order confirmation.
  • During your package transition, you can use this tracking number to stay updated with your delivery status.

The order will always be confirmed by a phone call from THD’s representative. 

 Note: Exchange or Refund is not applicable on used items.
